*Full Credit Memo – Fees will be held on account for 12 months from issue date. This credit is fully transferable to anyone within your organization and may be used towards any MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. conference or product offering.
If you cancel a registration that included a complimentary or discounted product, the full cost of the complimentary or discounted product will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit memo (in addition to any cancellation fee assessed).
No liability is assumed by the Canadian Institute (CI) – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. The Canadian Institute – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
Delegate Substitutions
If you wish to send a substitute participant in your place, you must notify us by email at least 5 days prior to the conference. Delegates may not “share” a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorization.
Conference Consent Policy
By registering for this conference, you agree to receiving email communication from Canadian Institute – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. in accordance with regional legislation, and to sharing your contact information publicly on attendee rosters. You will have the ability to withdraw this consent at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option on the messages you receive or contacting us at [email protected].
In addition, by registering for our events, you also agree that MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. and Canadian Institute may disclose your personal contact information to affiliates and selected sponsors and partners. If you do not wish for us to share your information, please email [email protected].
Payment and Discount Policy
Payment is due upon registration. We accept most major credit cards and bank transfers. If you require cheque payment, please contact customer service for details. Advanced/Early bookings made without payment will be reassessed at the next tier rate once the rate has expired. To ensure admittance, full payment must be received prior to the event.
On-site and unpaid registrations where payment confirmation has not been received before the event must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The credit card guarantee may be provided in advance or supplied during registration at the event. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the event, the credit card provided will be charged.
All discounts, including group and special discounts, apply to the conference fee only and do not apply to workshops or other add-ons. No two discounts or offers can be combined. All conference fees must be paid in full at the time of the order in order for any discount to be applied. Group discounts are available only to individuals employed by the same organization and must be registered at the same time.

CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any virtual or in-person conference, meeting or webinar, for health and safety, space capacity, past or present conduct or other reasons deemed necessary for the successful execution of our business goals.
Health and Safety
The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. We monitor local and international health alerts and follow applicable guidelines for each event location. Attendance is at the discretion of the individual or their organization. By registering, attendees assume all risks and waive liability against MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. and C5 Group of Companies, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers for any illness, injury, or loss, before, during, or after the event.
Our events will adhere to local health and safety regulations, which may include health screenings, mask requirements, or other preventive measures based on current public health guidelines. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service team.

Code of Conduct
The Canadian Institute – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. (CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc.) community is made up of a network of people with a common agenda, cause, and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. It is of utmost importance to CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. that each and every person attending one of our conferences and events has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, service providers, and others (“Participants”) to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone. When you participate in an event hosted by CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. you are contributing to the overall experience, which makes us all accountable to each other.
The Canadian Institute – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. established this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to Participants and to ensure that all understand what behavior is expected, and what behavior will not be tolerated at a CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. event.
CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. expects all Participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all events. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media.
CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Expected Behavior
The Canadian Institute – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. (CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc.) expects that all attendees will:
- Be considerate and respectful to all attendees.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, materials, and speech.
- Speak up if they observe anything at an event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct. If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. event staff immediately.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior from any community member will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, materials, or conduct by any Participants of the event and related event activities. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
- Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against another person.
- Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory comments and language.
- Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or disability.
- Inappropriate photography or recording.
- Taking of photos within the event environment for use on social media or elsewhere, without the prior permission of the individuals or owners of the content therein.
- Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
- Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the event venue.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a Participant engages in unacceptable behavior, CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the event with no refund. For more egregious behavior, CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. may, in its reasonable discretion, temporarily ban or permanently expel a Participant from the CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. community.
What to do if you witness or are subjected to unacceptable behavior
If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. event staff or contact the VP, Global Marketing as soon as possible. CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. event staff will be available to assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the event. All reports will remain completely confidential.
Promotional Photos and Videos
Participation at and registration (attendee, guest and exhibitor) for the conference gives consent to the use and distribution of the participants’ image or voice in any pictures, video or audio recordings, or electronic reproductions taken during CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. events for conference coverage and future promotional purposes. CI – and MATRIX Healthcare Strategists Inc. is able to use your likeness without remuneration.
